I recently took a day trip to visit family in Green Bay, WI and serendipitously stumbled upon a wonderful art store, filled to the brim with eye candy for the artist in all of us! It was so amazing I wanted to share it with you. Here are some of the pictures I snapped as I wandered around the store, drooling at every sight!
The Assemblage Studio can be found in historic downtown DePere, which is a part of the larger city of Green Bay. As you drive up the front windows beckon to you! Owner, artist, Teresa Ann Gifford's art is everywhere! For more info, be sure to visit her website here and guess what...she teaches classes!
Once inside, you will find amazing creations in every nook and cranny, as well as supplies for all your collage, mixed media, assemblage needs!
Vintage goodies abound from flash cards, to frozen charlottes, beads, fabric, paper, and so much more!
Some of my favorite things were the decor and display ideas! Old dressers, chairs, tables and such are used in many wonderful and creative ways.
Vintage children's furniture abound, filled with tons of artful goodies, like these lovely little dressers and doll furniture pieces.
This was probably my favorite corner of the store. I just love the use of the vintage children's chairs as display for the artist's colorful creations!
So, if you feel like taking a lovely day trip to the Green Bay area, be sure to stop by Assemblage Studio and get your fill of artsy goodness!
