I always start with some fun painted color & texture for the base, before I go town with adding paper & such.
I love these colors together & often find myself drawn to them. They really speak to my heart!
I have been loving Martha Stewart's paints! They have the best colors, go on lovely & smooth, & are multi functional (paper, wood, fabric). If you haven't tried them go get them. I have found them at Michael's & Joann's.
