Details of the Dotty Skirt

I recently finished a fun polka dot skirt for a friend and wanted to share some of the fun details. Hopefully I will post more pixs of the skirt soon, but I accidentally erased the other pixs and now need to wait for my friend to snap some shots! Anyhoo...here are the fun details...
