I have been having a really fun time teaching myself how to sew skirts from a pattern. I made one a few years ago in a sewing class, but had not attempted it again, and certainly not on my own! Now I am happy to report, I have conquered this once daunting task and here are the pictures to provide it! With this skirt I used a fun, pink, floral, vintage sheet for the top of the skirt, and then a cute yellow gingham for the bottom! I really love it and it looks great with my pink chuck taylors! Perfect garb for this hot and humid weather we have been having lately in Madison. I hope you like it!
